Upon completing his PhD in psychology at The Ohio State University, he ultimately specialized in leadership selection, team development, and executive coaching as a consultant and trainer at Personnel Decisions International (PDI). These experiences allow him to offer profound insights into human nature, personality, leadership dynamics, and team chemistry, enabling him to make impactful contributions to Fortune 500 companies like John Deere, Sunglass Hut, and NavSea.
